WTF makes you annointed?

ok, so i have a serious question.

probably my first on here, but this has always bugged me, and i've never received a satisfactory answer.. how does someone become annointed?

when i was a child, my grandpa, who was an elder, told me that if you are of the annointed, you just know.

yesterday, my aunt was talking to one of my siblings about how things have been changing in our [ex] congregation for the 'better'.. she mentioned how a new circuit overseer has come in and is shaking things up.

the co appointed a ministerial servant (someone, the po & secretary didn't like and i know would never have voluntarily suggested appointment) and some of the 'brothers' that have had no 'responsibility' ever are being given #4 talks.

she also mentioned that the book study will be cancelled and the meetings are being shortened.. a ministerial servant who had a vendetta against some of the elders wants me to talk to a co and basically tell him i left the congregation [and the religion] because of the incompetence of the elders.. i'm not talking to the co and i'm not 'blaming' anyone.

11-yr old wants to get baptized, father objects, elders interfere

the mother went to the elders when the dad objected to the girl getting baptized.

this prompted a visit from the elders who counselled him for wanting to hold his child back from baptism.

this girl is immature even for an 11-year old.

Experiences with so called "minorities" as JWs

i was thinking the other day that by and large, i had more positive experiences with black jws and other "minorities" in the borg.

not completely 100% as there are a-holes in every "race," but for the most part, the black jws were more loving, accepting, and tolerant than the white jws.. i haven't had much experience with hispanic jws but the few i've had, were pleasant.. this isn't to say that a lot of the white jws weren't kind, on the contrary, many were.

i just find it interesting that when i tally up all the negative vs. positive experiences with other jws, i haven't had many negative ones with black jws.
